Feeling Blessed & Inspired!
I’m grateful to share that I’ve just completed the first series of a 4-part Strategic Procurement Workshop with three groups of participants from Malaysian Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd (MMHE), held in Pasir Gudang, Johor—an associate of a Bursa-listed company. This journey will cover Cleansheet Analysis, Spend Analysis, Contract Management, and Supplier Market Mastery, and we’re off to a strong start.
The opening session on Cleansheet Analysis was especially energizing. I had the privilege of working with a group of young, enthusiastic, and highly committed professionals who showed curiosity, courage, and a genuine hunger to learn. Their engagement made the room come alive—and this is only the beginning, with three more impactful series to go.
Drawing from my 30+ years of leadership experience in Supply Chain, I shared practical, real-world execution insights that go beyond theory. In today’s fast-changing and uncertain market, success demands more than technical skills—it requires Agility to adapt quickly, Resilience to navigate challenges, and Responsibility to make sound, ethical decisions. Seeing these mindsets resonate with the participants was deeply rewarding.
