I’m thrilled to share that I’ve just wrapped up the second session of a powerful corporate training on “Strategic Leadership & People Management Skills” with the senior management team of GLC-Pertubuhan Peladang Kebangsaan (NAFAS).
Leadership is more than a title; it’s the compass that guides teams through today’s ever-changing and dynamic market. It was such a privilege to work with a group of young, enthusiastic, and committed leaders who brought energy, curiosity, and passion into every discussion. Their drive to grow and lead with impact was truly contagious!
Drawing on my 30+ years of leadership experience, I shared the importance of three timeless qualities for today’s challenges:
Agility to adapt and pivot quickly
Resilience to push through obstacles
Responsibility to lead ethically and with purpose
Watching the participants experience those ‘lightbulb’ moments as they connected these principles to their own leadership journeys was my biggest reward. One key message resonated strongly—great leaders don’t just manage people; they inspire and empower them to achieve the impossible.
