Feeling Blessed & Inspired!

I’m grateful to share that I’ve just completed the final session of a 4-Series Strategic Procurement Workshop with the dedicated team from Malaysian Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor. Over the past two months, we journeyed together through Clean Sheet Analysis, Spend Analysis, Contracting Management, and finally Supplier Market Mastery. Mission accomplished for all four series!

Working with a group of young, enthusiastic, and highly committed professionals was truly energizing. Their curiosity, participation, and openness to learning made every session vibrant, practical, and meaningful.

Drawing from over 30 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain and Procurement, I had the privilege of sharing real-world insights, proven practices, and lessons from actual industry execution. The goal was simple — to equip participants with tools that work in the real business environment, not just in theory.

In today’s dynamic and unpredictable market, procurement professionals must cultivate three critical qualities: Agility to adapt quickly, Resilience to overcome disruptions, and Responsibility to build ethical and sustainable supplier partnerships. Seeing the participants embrace these principles was truly inspiring.
